However, results cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as staff performance, sales ability, response behaviour, market conditions, and other variables beyond our control.

By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that your conversion rate and revenue depend on your team’s follow-up, sales practices, and overall client experience.

To ensure speed and accuracy, leads captured through our automations will be routed, assigned, and responded to by the system within the timeframe set in your workflow configuration.
3.2
You acknowledge that this delivery method ensures lead freshness, maximizes conversion potential, and maintains lead quality.
4.1
You agree to use FlowBookings in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms of Use.
4.2
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide, including clinic details, hours, services, pricing, and staff availability.
4.3
You agree to follow up on high-intent or escalated leads when notified and to maintain professional communication with your prospects and clients.
5.1
FlowBookings guarantees that purchased services, automations, or subscriptions will be delivered as described. However, FlowBookings is not responsible for the outcome of conversions or revenue results. Users are solely responsible for their sales process, consultations, and client services.
5.2
You understand that AI-generated messages, bookings, and lead responses rely on available data and user-provided inputs. Accuracy may vary depending on external factors.
6.1
FlowBookings reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Users will be notified of changes through platform notifications and/or email.
7.1
Due to the digital and automated nature of the service, all subscriptions, AI automations, and workflow activations are non-refundable once setup or onboarding has begun.
7.2
FlowBookings is committed to quality. If a technical issue arises related to your automations or AI systems, you may request support or a correction at no extra cost.
7.3
Support requests must be submitted within 14 days of noticing an issue and must include clear details so our team can resolve it.
7.4
FlowBookings reserves the right to evaluate each request individually. If approved, adjustments will be made to ensure the system performs as intended.
7.5
If repeated requests indicate misuse or abuse, FlowBookings may restrict access to services or terminate the account.
