Once a service plan is purchased, the FlowBookings team begins setup, configuration, and onboarding.
Depending on the package selected, fulfillment may include:

AI phone agent setup (voice workflows, scripts, routing)
AI chat widget installation
Automation workflows
Calendar, booking, and SMS integrations
Lead flow setup and delivery into your CRM
Delivery timeframe:
Setup typically begins within 48–72 hours after onboarding forms are submitted.
Important: Delays may occur if required onboarding information is incomplete or missing (access credentials, business details, scripts, etc.).
Because FlowBookings provides custom setup, software access, and AI configuration, all purchases are considered digital services.
Therefore:
No refunds are provided once onboarding has begun.
No refunds are offered for dissatisfaction related to performance, booking rates, conversion rates, or lead outcomes.
Client results may vary based on follow-up, call handling preferences, offer quality, and business operations.
FlowBookings guarantees delivery of services, not business outcomes.
FlowBookings provides tools to capture, organize, and follow up with leads that your business has already paid for or generated independently. Our platform ensures no potential client inquiry is missed through automated tracking, CRM features, and communication tools.
3.1 Lead Capture Scope
FlowBookings captures inbound leads from sources you already use, including but not limited to:
Website forms
Social media messages
Landing pages
SMS inquiries
Phone call tracking
Third-party ads or marketing campaigns you run
We do not sell or guarantee new leads.
FlowBookings simply ensures that the leads you’ve already acquired are collected, tracked, and followed up with.
Because services consist of digital setup, automations, and AI agent configuration:
Returns do not apply.
All fulfilled work and delivered leads are non-returnable.
FlowBookings operates on service-based plans and optional subscriptions.
For one-time service purchases:
Cancellations may only be requested before onboarding begins.
For monthly subscriptions:
You may cancel anytime; your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.
No partial refunds are provided for unused days.
Once fulfillment or onboarding begins, the service is considered delivered.
